Substantial construction will commence late 2006. This involves:
- Heavy plant and machinery commencing earthworks.
- Traffic changes such as road detours.
- Drainage works.
- Pavement construction.
- Bridge construction.
Work will be undertaken simultaneously along the project
corridor.
